Policy for orders of 25 guests/boxed lunches or more
Guest Guarantees - An estimated number of guests or boxed lunches should be provided at the time your order is placed. A final count is required three days in advance of your event. Once the deadline has passed, the estimate becomes the final count and is the basis for calculation of your billing. Changes in the final count are honored when possible after the three business day deadline has passed but can’t be guaranteed.
Cancellations - Cancellations less than two days (48 hours) prior to your function will be assessed all charges.
Payment policies - Food and beverage is subject to the current State of Michigan guidelines. If your organization is tax exempt, your tax identification number must be supplied. A $100 deposit is needed at time of order. Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted.
How food & beverages will be received
Pick-Up orders - We welcome pick up orders! No additional charge.
Deliveries - Please try to give us a 24 hour notice to properly route your delivery to ensure timeliness.
In delivering to hospitals, schools or other large institutions, we will need to insure you are there to meet us so that we can efficiently expedite your delivery.
We rely on the accuracy of the information taken when your orders are placed including contact personnel, telephone numbers, cross streets, entrances, etc. Our drivers have cell phones to prevent difficulties or surprises.
Our deliveries are guaranteed on time or early. Since weather and traffic can be challenging, we will always call ahead if experiencing any trouble getting to our destination. If our delivery should show up more than 15 minutes late, we will not charge you for the delivery service.
Catered Event - If staffing is required at event, additional cost will be assessed. We can provide drop-off, set-up-only style of service or staff-and-stay style of service. Set-up-only may be assessed an additional cost of $25, depending on amount of time and persons needed. Staff-and-stay will be charged additional cost to cover staffing fees, amount determined by amount of time and persons needed.
Additional - Trays and utensils provided are yours to keep or dispose of at your leisure. If food is provided for a group (not a bag lunch), disposable plates & silverware will be provided. In the event of coffee deliveries, if an airpot or thermal pitcher is requested and used, it will be your responsibility to return it to us within 24 hours of your event. For any missing equipment, we reserve the right to charge you accordingly.
